Hadi Amiri, Assistant Professor
Hadi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at UMass Lowell. He also holds an adjunct Assistant Professor appointment at Harvard University, where he is affiliated with the Department of Biomedical Informatics. He joined UMass Lowell after completing Postdoctoral fellowships at Harvard University ( Zaklab) and the University of Maryland ( CLIP lab). He received his PhD in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore ( LMS lab), and his M.Eng. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Tehran ( DBRG lab).

Mohamed Elgaar, PhD Student
Mohamed is a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at UMass Lowell. He received his Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), with an individually-designed major spanning Mathematical Sciences, Industrial and Systems Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.

Nidhi Vakil, PhD Student
Nidhi is a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at UMass Lowell. She started at UMass Lowell after completing her Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering at California State University, Fullerton and Bachelor's degree at Gujarat Technological University (GTU), India.

Jiali Cheng, PhD Student
Jiali Cheng is a PhD student at UMass Lowell, advised by Prof. Hadi Amiri. He is broadly interested in natural language processing, especially mitigating dataset bias / spurious correlations, and machine unlearning. He received his MS in Computer Engineering at Northeastern University and worked as a data scientist at Foodome.
